Account Number
Your unique CWS account identifier. Use this when making payments or contacting support.
Bill Date
The date your bill was generated. Charges reflect usage up to this date.
Due Date
Payment must be received by this date to avoid late fees or service interruption.
Billing Period
The date range for services and charges on this bill.
Understanding Your Charges
Monthly Service Charges
Your fixed monthly fee for your plan or package (broadband, mobile, cable TV).
- Broadband: Fixed internet access fee
- Mobile: Monthly plan or postpaid charges
- Cable TV: Channel package subscription
Usage Charges
Additional charges based on your usage beyond included allowances:
- Data overage: Charges when exceeding your data cap
- International calls: Calls to numbers outside Seychelles
- Premium services: Premium SMS, content, or add-ons
- Roaming: Using your mobile service abroad
One-Time Charges
Non-recurring fees that appear on specific bills:
- Installation or setup fees

What happens if I miss the due date?
Late payments may incur fees and could result in service suspension. Contact us immediately if you're unable to pay by the due date to discuss payment arrangements.
Why is my bill higher this month?
Common reasons include: data overage charges, international calls, one-time setup fees, equipment purchases, or usage beyond your plan's included allowances. Check the detailed charges section of your bill.
Can I set up automatic payments?
Yes! Set up auto-pay through the MyCare app or contact our customer service to arrange automatic bank debits.
I don't recognize a charge. What should I do?
Contact our customer support at 100 or visit a service center with your bill. We'll review the charge and explain or adjust it if necessary.
How can I view my bill online?
Download the MyCare app or log in to mycare.cwseychelles.com to view current and past bills anytime.
